We use a wedding gown preservation company based in New York State.  The company has been in business since 1900 and used the proven cleaning methods recognized by the international Fabric Institute.  Each gown is evaluated upon its arrival and the best cleaning process for that particular gown is used.  The gown then fitted on a acid-free bust form and packed in the acid-neutral preservation chest. You bring in your wedding gown and provide your information including your address, phone number, and email address. We will certified mail your gown to the preservation company.  You will be given paper work with tracking number and from there you can track your gown and if the email address is provided, you will be notified via email when your gown is received and when it ships back you you.  The whole process will take 4-10 weeks from start to finish.
